FAQ

How do I share with someone?

Go to More → Share to create an invite link, then send it via Messages, AirDrop, etc. Once they open and accept it, you both use the same ledger. The two of you can use different Apple IDs.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored only in the iCloud private database of the person who created the ledger. There is no separate server, and the developer cannot access your data. It is fully isolated from other users' data.

What if iCloud storage runs out?

Your entries stay safely on your device, but if the ledger owner's iCloud is full, new entries may not reach the other person. Ledger data is tiny (text), so this is rarely an issue — if needed, free up space in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. You can check sync status anytime in More → iCloud Sync.

Sync isn't working.

Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud and connected to the network. More → iCloud Sync shows the current status and guidance. If it still doesn't work, email us below.
